🎶 SITARSONIC – Electronica Meets Mystic Vibes

Sitarsonic is a unique fusion project blending electronica, dub, and live sitar, founded in 2000 by Paco Rodriguez. Introduced to the sitar in 1994 by an Indian master in Varanasi, Paco has since embraced an experimental and contemporary approach to the instrument, stepping beyond classical boundaries to craft a deeply immersive and spiritual soundscape.

Now celebrating over two decades of sonic exploration, Sitarsonic has reached its 8th self-produced album, Messara — a journey into mystical sound realms, where original compositions merge with Sanskrit mantras. These sacred, repetitive chants, which Paco has practiced for over 25 years, form the heart of his meditative and ritualistic live sets.

Whether performing in intimate cafés or on festival stages, Sitarsonic delivers a live experience that is both hypnotic and transcendental.

Currently based between Goa, India and Crete, Greece, Paco continues to shape the future of spiritual electronic music through Sitarsonic.
